Connect Mixus to your Slack workspace in minutes
Install the Mixus App
To properly install Mixus with Slack, you'll need to:
- First, create a Mixus account at app.mixus.ai
- Click on Integrations in the sidebar
- Find Slack in the list of apps and click "Connect"
- Select your Slack workspace and grant the necessary permissions
Connect Your Integrations
After connecting Slack, connect any integrations you want mixus to access:
- Connect integrations like Salesforce, Jira, Google Drive, and more from the Integrations page
- mixus will have access to these tools when you describe tasks in Slack
- No need to create custom agents—just describe what you need and mixus handles it
Start Using in Slack
Once configured, interact with your Mixus agent in Slack:
- Mention
@mixusin any channel where the bot has been invited to trigger actions - The bot only responds to @mentions—it does not read or respond to other messages
- Send direct messages to the mixus bot for private workflows
- The bot will respond with confirmations and results
- Review and approve actions through Slack
